Engineering is the heart of the Samuel Taylor story. We use a very diverse range of skills linked by good tool-making and engineering skills. This enables the company to provide solutions to complex electromechanical issues.
The heading equipment and rolling mills used at STL may seem to be very different in technology but often share the same input materials. These products sometimes compete technically with each other as options for a customer to choose from.

The tool-making business provides press tools for the stamping divisions of the business and outside clients, along with tiny complex shaped carbide dies for the heading machines, and even special tooling for the rolling machines. Thus the links within the business and the experience gained from both ourselves and our world-wide customer base give STL a unique experience in providing workable solutions.
